The Inevitable ...
She resigned! The manager resigned!
What better news have I heard? Unfortunately, this will not solve our problems although the probability of having the new manager seeing how bad the condition at the call centre is, might finally give us the solution we need .. MORE MANPOWER.
I'm quite skeptical actually if this new manager will make any difference to the so-demoralised-and-haizzzz moral of everyone of us. We need a moral boost.
